OLF and a Recall I went to Fields for my usual oil change and was informed I had a recall on the heated mirrors on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Chris the Service Manager sai I went to Fields for my usual oil change and was informed I had a recall on the heated mirrors on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Chris the Service Manager said he would work me in and take care of the recall. This saved me a trip and was very much appreciated. In this day and age it is a pleasure to do business with a company that values the customers time when the norm seems to be the opposite. Great job Field's! More

Deceptive information during car buying process I just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from FCJDR a week ago. I very much like the vehicle; however, I am very dissatisfied with how they do I just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from FCJDR a week ago. I very much like the vehicle; however, I am very dissatisfied with how they do business. Noone would explain details about exterior/interior protection plans, lifetime warranty, and maintenance contracts. All this got rolled in to the deal. I asked for all the specific paperwork so I understand all these things...and got nothing from salesman or finance representative. In fact, I was very distinctly lied to about coverage and value. I had to do my own research after the fact to get the printed details of all these items. Once I reviewed the specifics, I canceled all these coverages. I feel the FCJDR was very deceptive in making this sale happen. Therefore, I have lost trust and confidence in their business and will most certainly not do business there in the future. More

It is exquisite ! The service department is fantastic they are so very kind I have Andy as my service advisor. And he takes good care to insure every minute detail is taken care of. Everyone from the sales people to the snack bar to the manager make sure all guests are taken care of! I am very impressed with my experiences the times I have been there! More
Outstanding service This is my 2nd time servicing my vehicle at Fields. The first time was for a tricky air conditioning issue that was driving me batty but Fields figure This is my 2nd time servicing my vehicle at Fields. The first time was for a tricky air conditioning issue that was driving me batty but Fields figured out the problem and no worries since then. This time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I was surprised to see my name on a sign welcoming me as I pulled into the service entrance ; nice touch! Robert Alfonso was my service advisor and he explained all costs, approximate wait time and any service bulletins that may be due on my car. Robert was courteous and very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even asked if I had an extra few minutes so they could wash my car for free; of course I said yes. The Fields service waiting area is kick ass! Big screen TV, free wifi, couches and tables to sit at. And a coffe bar with multiple types of free coffee and pastries. Easily the most relaxing 40 minutes I spent waiting for my car to get serviced. BTW: I don't work for Fields or know any of their employees personally. In fact I bought my Charger from another dealership. But I have to save this is the best dealership service department I have ever dealt with. I definitely will be back. Thanks Fields. More
