They are a wasted of time. Very disorganize dealer. They listed the car online that was not ready to sell. They made me go to tell me the car had $3k worth of repairs and they weren't going to do them. I t listed the car online that was not ready to sell. I worked with Randall to purchase my new 2021 Tahoe. I bought the Tahoe remotely from Miami and Randall did a great job staying in touch, preparing the paperwork, getting the vehicle ready for delivery an bought the Tahoe remotely from Miami and Randall did a great job staying in touch, preparing the paperwork, getting the vehicle ready for delivery and even driving the vehicle over 100 miles to meet me 1/2 way for final delivery. While I wasn't happy paying a market adjustment and only receiving a small credit, the experience was excellent. More

buying a car here was great. service center sucks and they have horrible customer service. you only deal with the salesman once. the service people you have to deal with the rest of your cars life. Also they have horrible customer service. you only deal with the salesman once. the service people you have to deal with the rest of your cars life. Also if you look at the rest of the one star reviews they almost all have to do with the service center. That should speak volumes. My long story short: took my car in for work. got it back with a crack in the windshield. was told it was already there and there was nothing they could do. More

I just bought a brand new Corvette from this dealership and since the inquiry untill the delivery everything was perfect.
