I WOULD RUN FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL CAUSE!!! WE PURCHASED A 2022 CHEVROLET TAHOE AFTER PAYING OVER STICKER JUST A WEEK AGO FROM THIS DEALER AND IT HAD A GOUGED RIM AND GOUGED RUNNING BOARDS! THE DEALER WAS W A 2022 CHEVROLET TAHOE AFTER PAYING OVER STICKER JUST A WEEK AGO FROM THIS DEALER AND IT HAD A GOUGED RIM AND GOUGED RUNNING BOARDS! THE DEALER WAS WELL AWARE OF THIS AND DECIDED NOT TO TELL US WHICH WE FOUND OUT FROM OTHER STAFF AT THIS DEALERSHIP. BUT THIS IS ONLY THEM SMALL STUFF... NOW THE VEHICLE IS IN THE SHOP AFTER 109 MILES BECAUSE IT NEEDS NEW INJECTORS AND THE LIFTERS ARE SHOT! THE DEALER DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR DO THE RIGHT THING BY PURCHASING THE VEHICLE BACK! WE SPOKE TO SHANNON ASHFORD WHO BASICALLY DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER BESIDES SAYING THAT THE MANAGING PARTNER RONNIE WHITLOCK REFUSES TO BUY THE VEHICLE BACK. THEY OFFERED TO BUY THE VEHICLE BACK FOR $15,000 LOWER THAN WE PAID WHICH IS A TOTAL INSULT. I HAVE ALSO ASKED FOR A LOANER VEHICLE AS WE ARE LEAVING OUT TO STATE AND WAS ONLY OFFERED $35.00 A DAY. SINCE SHANNON IS UNWILLING TO DO THE RIGHT THING, WE ARE REQUESTING A CALL FROM RONNIE WHITLOCK TO DO THE RIGHT THING. THIS IS WRONG AND THE DEALER IS SIMPLY AVOIDING US. WE ARE ALSO FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE! ANY BUYERS, BEWARE!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OVER STICKER FOR A $100,000 TAHOE THAT NEEDS TO BE IN THE SHOP WITH ONLY 100 MILES!!! More

SUGGESTION: Put the different MPP coverages panthlets out by the Sales table for the Customer to browse while the initial paperwork is being done so we have an idea of how to fit that in our budget out there before we get to Finance Officer.
