I was in the market for a pick up truck. Through capital one finance, Seminole Chevrolet came up and from there I went directly on the Seminole website. I reached out to expressed my interest and within minutes I was connecting with Jorge. The dealership is an hour from me, and with my busy schedule I didn’t want to be driving all over the place looking for a truck. I asked Jorge the right questions about the sales price and the fees, he was very helpful throughout the process and even send me videos and pictures of the truck. He explained the dealership fees and everything else. So finally I told him to send me the credit app so we could see real numbers. He was able to get me an offer at a decent price. 39,999. That was the top of my budget. I was going to pay 330 a month. Finally I went in to do a test drive and negotiate a deal on the truck. So I actually walked out with the truck for 38,200 and my my monthly payments are 290…. I am very happy with the truck, the experience and with Jorge. Ted also gave me a call to follow up and suggested a put some money to hold the truck until I could go and make the purchase. I haven’t bought a new car since 2011 and let me tell you by far this was the best experience I had! Thank you for everything!!!! Attempted to purchase a used pickup on 10/15. Was told via phone that if I paid a deposit, they would hold it for me and the pickup would be mine. A short time later received a call from a different salesman, informing me that a customer was coming in to look at the pickup. They did sell the pickup to another party. Left a message for the sales manager to discuss what had transpired. Sales manager never returned my call. Feel that the pickup was sold out from under me and I was not dealt with fairly and honestly. Not a good experience at all. More
