I made the appointment and was impressed with the transparency throughout the process. Craig did an excellent job of explaining all the details about the truck and not just what I wanted to hear. The dealership, and Craig in particular, made me feel like a valued customer and wanted to earn my business. We made a deal on a new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Custom that is well-suited to my needs and within the price range I could afford. I liked the fact that there was no "pressure" to make a decision, it was all about getting me the best value for the vehicle best suited to me and not upselling me to a truck that exceeded my needs. Both Craig and Rafael in the finance department were very thorough in explaining all the aspects of the sales contract through the final stages of signing the papers to drive away with the vehicle I wanted. I would say Craig made the entire car-buying experience very pleasant, and low-pressure, and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used Chevrolet to reach out to him and set up an appointment.
