Came in to get a recall checked and was very impressed with everyone's work and the overall atmosphere. They are very professional and make sure the customer is satisfied. Since the recall on my wife's car did not include my part version and replacement was not necessary, I let them do an oil change and tire rotation and later in the day returned with my car to do another oil change. Great buying experience if you know what car you want up front. All staff are friendly and sales department did not promise to earn my business like a typical dealer, they just sold me a car instead. Car was actually detailed enough on delivery lots of places promise to fix this or clean that before delivery. I feel the price was high for a used car but I had been shopping for months and grew weary of looking further. More

I went in to purchase my first new car. My husband is the son of a GM retiree which is why we chose to go David Maus first. From the moment we parked and started walking into the showroom we were offered cold beverages, greeted and made right at home. They had the keys ready for the car I was looking for to test drive. Kevin went with us on the drive and gave us not only the details on the car itself, but was also very personable. It didn't feel like a normal test drive, it felt more like a leisurely ride with a friend. Halfway through the test drive we were able to switch drivers so my husband could test it out as well. When we got back from the test drive Scott and Kevin worked up the paperwork and visited with us while handling the details, which made me feel more like a person instead of just a sale. While we were waiting for the trade in value to be determined, we were asked again if we would like another cold beverage and shown around the dealership and service area. Also, during that time other employees (who we didn't get the names of sadly) joined in conversations about other cars as well as pop culture making me more relaxed than I have ever been while shopping. When we got to the financing part Angela was informative without being dry. She discussed everything as well as talking me through everything. She helped my spouse get his title for the trade in and even offered us refreshments as well. We got to see the Impala getting detailed and she even shared some funny personal stories. While I was getting the warranty booklet and keys, Melissa was extremely personable and bubbly while being completely professional. All in all, Not only would I recommend David Maus Chevrolet to my friends, family and anyone else I overhear talking about shopping for a new car... but I will be going back for my next vehicle. Of course my spouse is hoping it will be for the corvette, but time will tell. More

They were willing to let me drive the vehicle off property for the day to test drive and discuss purchase options with my husband. And the paperwork process was quick and painless. Additionally, Joey was very good with my two year old son while he climbed into $70,000 vehicles. :) More

Stay away, terrible dealership, yes they are all smiles when you walk in but their goal is to sell you a car they want to sell you from the lot. VERY deceptive advertising. After recieving the car and driving it home before we realized it did not have the option we went back and the saleman was "shocked" it did not have the option. would not let us trade the new car for the model with the option we wanted even when we told them we would pay the difference in the option upgrade to get the car we really wanted. They say that it is a customer convienence to take your car home right away but one (Of very many, be careful)of the documents we signed said that we waive the 48 hour change of mind law when you take the car home right away so they were not obligated to make the change. They recently had a "sale" and the Sentinel ad. stated "up to 5,000 dollars off the new 2011 Chevy Lineup" and "0" percent financing with a picture of 5 different models. Found the ad two days after buying a new chevy at Maus. The ad was from a paper dated the same day we purchased our car. Went back to the dealer with the ad and was told that the offers were not for the model I purchased even though it was one of the models in the picture in the ad. Asked the sales manager (Maus) to show me on the ad where it said it did not apply to certain models. He could'nt. Tried to charge a higher interest rate and changed (higher price of course)some of the option costs during the finance process but we caught them during the document signing process. Hand delivered a letter to David Maus and never recieved as reply from him. Do NOT believe the "line whatever it takes". More
I drove onto the lot at David Maus Chevrolet after visiting a nearby competitor. I was so disappointed by the lack of customer service and decided I would take my business elsewhere. I had researched all about the Ford product I had intended to buy and was anxious that I now had to begin new research on an alternate product. I drove up to David Maus and watched to see who would approach. I had decided that if a person confronted me with an “old sales person” mentality I would quickly leave. I was delighted to meet a very energetic Daniel Schumann who was pleasant and willing to help me find the perfect vehicle. We found one in the back of the lot that met my requirements and completed the trade within 3 hours. All were eager to help make the experience enjoyable. Thanks to the David Maus team for your attention to detail and your willingness to embrace what it takes to make the customer feel comfortable. More
