Customer service and quality of work rates at the top of the scale at David Maus Chevrolet. Our sales professional Bruce Markgraf was knowledgeable about the vehicles and he spent a lot of time with us ans the scale at David Maus Chevrolet. Our sales professional Bruce Markgraf was knowledgeable about the vehicles and he spent a lot of time with us answering questions before and during the test drive. Once the deal was completed he went above and beyond to ensure we had all of our questions answered as well as sharing genuine excitement for us in regards to our new purchase. Ricky Santana did our finance paperwork. He simplified the process with clear concise answers and explanations of all the paperwork and the warranty options. He was extremely patient and helpful. The environment inside the dealership was not only clean and comfortable but everyone we came in contact with was friendly. Our overall service exceeded our expectations. As far as price, Bruce worked with us to find something that fit our budget as well as our needs. We thank Bruce Markgraf and everyone at David Maus Chevrolet for their knowledgeable and courteous service! More
I went to buy a Chevy truck at David Maus Chevrolet cause all I see on TV is them. But when I got there I was great by a very Unpleasant and unprofessional sales manager David Hoover right away I knew I cam all I see on TV is them. When I final got down to the numbers after a tedious process I was already disinterested. While I was waiting for the numbers I saw Guy giving the numbers yelling and talking down to his salesman And if he treats his employees like that, I can only imagine how he treats his customers. So I didn't even go over numbers I just got up and left. I later found out the overly large Guy giving numbers is David Maus's brother Jim Maus. I will make sure I tell everyone about this dreadful experience. More

I have had some terrible experiences at other dealers in the past that had made me sour to the whole car buying experience (I dreaded it). I went to David Maus Chevy to test drive a car that was on my list and was helped by a gentleman named Joey. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave my husband and I the information we needed without pressuring us into something we didn’t want. We left that night because we still had other cars to check out before I made my final decision. My husband told Joey what we were looking for and when what we wanted came in on a trade he immediately notified me! I walked away from a lot of dealerships, even if they had what I wanted, because of the jerk syndrome some of them exhibit. A lot of places you go they are all smiles at first and then turn into another person when it gets to numbers, but not this place. We went back to look at the car Joey notified us about and it was exactly what we were looking for and more. Upon return Pricilla and TR (Used Sales Manager) helped us and they were both just as wonderful as Joey. They were all very honest people and we had the best car buying experience we have ever had. Now some places you go you think you have the numbers down with the salesman and then you get to finance and things change. Not here everything stayed the same and even the finance guy, John Sicoli, was great. He got us out fast and was very pleasant to work with too. Overall these are the most honest car salesman/woman I have ever come in contact with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car. More

Being a female shopping alone can be both an advantage and a disadvantage. I've bought several cars in my life, so I was wary and made sure I had done all my research and documented specific items such as dealer add-ons, fees, etc. Their straightforward answers to my questions made me much more comfortable with the whole process. I felt that they gave me a fair value for my trade in, which I had expected to be more of a hassle. All the information I requested was promptly provided to me via e-mail; the sticker, the invoice, and explanation of fees. Everyone was personable, neat, and friendly. I had outside financing, so I can't speak to the financing process other than to say I was not pressured to purchase add ons such as warranties - I only had to say "no" once, which was refreshing. The only negative part of the experience was that an additional charge for dealer tinting was subsequently added on to the agreed upon price - this was almost a deal breaker for me, just on principle. However, they immediately rectified the situation and removed the charge. I was working with another dealership that did not have the exact model I wanted in stock, but would have ordered it for me. I could have gotten it for a few hundred dollars less, but it really wasn't worth nickel and diming such a minor difference, especially since I got to take immediate possession of the vehicle. Kevin did a great job of explaining all the features of my new car to me. Buying a car has always been a process I dread - like preparing for battle, and knowing my negotiating positions and strategies. This experience was definitely different, in a positive way. More
Very impressed with the level of professionalism presented, no pressure, just common sense approach. Knowledge of product was very good. The teamwork atmosphere was commendable. When trying to agree on a price we had Dufass ignorant Shawn working with us. I never had a sales rep in any dealership treat us the way he did. Rolling his eyes and breathing hard at things we said.
