We first went on David Maus' website and requested more information on a car late night as our older car finally stopped working. The very next morning Randy called us from the Internet Sales department and was an absolute delight to deal with. The best part of the whole experience was that it never felt like a sales pitch or we were being pushed a vehicle we didn't want, and the whole time Randy (salesman) and eventually Ricky (finance manager) stated "that they were going to try to earn our business". I love the fact that they never assume that the deal is in the bag. Randy was very mindful of what our budget was and the type of car that we were looking for. Once we found the car that we liked we went inside to do the paperwork. Many of the staff members even approached us and asked if we wanted bottles of water, coffee, etc. Through out the whole paperwork process Randy and Ricky were still trying to earn our business. Everybody was very professional. Overall our experience was top notch from start to finish. i would highly recommend anyone to any of the David Maus dealerships. More

Everyone I came in contact with in this extraordinary experience from the moment I was picked up until I left was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family that may be looking to purchase/lease a car. I would not recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy. The minute we parked our car we had a salesman standing at our door. My husband and I got out of the car and were greeted by Rob. He asked what I wanted and I told him I wanted a Black 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4 with navigation. Rob laughed and told me that they are rare trucks and he has only seen 15 trucks of that model sold in his "20 years" of working for chevrolet. He then insulted me telling me that I do not look like I can afford a truck of this size. He repeatadly tried to sell me a 3500 and a 1500. I told him I was done looking at trucks and wanted a Red V-8 Camero that is a 6 speed. Whathe shows me is a yellow V6 stick shift. At this point I am annoyed. We go in to talk and ask for privacy... What does this guy do? walk 3 steps , turn around and stare at us. At this point we go out of the dealership and ask Ray if we could switch over to him. He asks what we are looking for and found it in the back..... He also found the Camero I wanted. We went in to work out deal and not even 2 mins later we had papers slammed in our face demanding our signatures. I then ask to talk to the manager and he does the exact same thing. Needless to say we walked out without purchasing either car! Not a nice way of treating customers who had CASH not financing for both vehicles. We were going to spend $100,000.00 on 2 vehicles but went to Fields Dodge and Purchased a 2012 Dodge 2500 Longhorn and a 2012 Jeep MWF3 Rubicon. More

My dad recently purchased a car for me and the staff at David Maus Chevrolet was extremely kind and helpful. Our sales associate Dexter Glasglow was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Mike Lup David Maus Chevrolet was extremely kind and helpful. Our sales associate Dexter Glasglow was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Mike Lupica assisted us with some minor repairs to the used car that was purchased and Ty O. completed the service paperwork with his infectious personality. However as I live 120 miles away I attempted to get as fair a trade in offer for my vehicle as I could without going to dealershi Response time fine. Internet sales at dealership could not handle an email with photos of car.It would crash their system. They could not go on any websites from their computers due to security (in order to veiw my car online). Is this a way for an INTERNET sales operation to perform? The trade offer sight unseen was insultingly bad.THe reason I wanted to email them with photos of car was so they could get a better sense of the quality and condition. I bought a different car elsewhere 2 days later for a fair trade in price with zero hassle. Unprofessional and a rip in my opinion and it didnt seem like they were really interested in selling me a car at a fair price all parties could live with. Not sure the type of buyer who buys here but it appears to be ones that dont care that much about what they end up paying. More

Everyone at the dealership was great! Even the sales people we were not working with offered us refreshments. We were very Impressed with how different it was from our usual car buying experience. It wasn't a good experience they sent us home in a car and then waited two weeks to bring us back and tell us that they had to get another thousand dollars down and jack up our payments $200 more. We don't have the best of credit but They were sure that our payments would be at what they said they were. It seemed a little that they waited almost three weeks to tell us that we were not approved. It seemed like a scam. Almost like they let us have the car long enough to get attached to it and then hope that we liked it so much that we would go ahead and put more down and take the higher payment along with a 25% interest rate, mind you the car was only 12,800 and we had already put 3500 down. Overall it was a bad experience and it felt like a scam. We were very disappointed and will never go there to buy a car nor refer anyone else. My recommendation is that you go to Carmax across the street. More
