I contacted the dealership regarding a truck. I received prompt responses from the sales associate and was able to secure a deal. I was 5 hours away and would have reached the dealership past clo I received prompt responses from the sales associate and was able to secure a deal. I was 5 hours away and would have reached the dealership past closing (we agreed on sales price in the late afternoon). It was agreed that we could arrive the next morning by 10 AM with cash in hand for the deal. We went ahead and sent all of purchaser information and ins but 3 hrs later we were notified that the vehicle had been sold to another party. It was then that I was informed the sales manager, Jason DOES NOT HOLD USED VEHICLES. I explained over and over that he had signed the sales agreement and we were told an early morning arrival and purchase was agreed. He wouldn’t budge one bit and told he was “trying to explain HIS policy as nice as possible”. Terrible experience here… More
