I emailed the dealership about a particular car after going to a Chevy dealer closer to home. We live over by UCF and did not like the service at the dealership near us. I exchanged about 20 emails with Joey about the vehicle that I wanted and what it would tale to get me to make the drive out to Sanford. Not once did I feel like I was being bullied into certain conditions for the vehicle. I truly felt like he would try his hardest to get me the best deal. Once we got to the dealership, we already had the deal worked out, my husband test drove the car (just to be certain), and we started with the paperwork. An hour and a half later we were driving off in our brand new vehicle. Wes made the contract signing process easy and didn't make me feel rushed when I wanted to read through all of them.
