Rediculous! We purchased out Truck in July 2013. We hit the 24,000 miles so we pay for oil changes and tire rotation. We were happy to continue our business here We purchased out Truck in July 2013. We hit the 24,000 miles so we pay for oil changes and tire rotation. We were happy to continue our business here until we received the invoice after the oil today. A simple oil change cost us $69.03. Paid $17.00 for the labor, parts were $45.00 and $2.12 just to write the order. We will NOT give them our future business. We are 62 and 70, have owned more then 30 vehicles and never received such disregard for a returning customer. Oh yeh, we asked why they didn't wash the vehicle and their replay was "they didn't have time, it would be another 30 minutes". Thank you David Moss we had much better treatment at the New Smyrna dealership!!! More
