This dealership is the definition of shady and unprofessional. Working with them felt like stepping back in time to the era of sleazy car sales tactics. Once I agreed, they suddenly claimed there was a "clerical error," raising the price by $40 per month. Despite the bait-and-switch, I still agreed and submitted my application, which was approved with a top-tier credit score. Then I was transferred to their sales manager (I believe his name was Justin or Andrew), and his attitude was as cold as they come. I offered to put down a deposit and told him I would take the car. He said he’d get back to me—and then completely disappeared. No follow-up, no response. I live two hours away, and after seeing how they operate, I wasn’t about to waste my time driving there just to deal with more shady pricing games. This dealership is exactly why car salespeople have a bad reputation. Stay far away unless you enjoy being lied to and ignored. More

Just paid off my vehicle a few months ago. Had numerous recalls on it. The engine light turned on and we called to schedule an appt. they gave it to us in a month! No one informed me emailed me called me, nothing. I got a call back later that day. I was told at intake I would be asked for a diagnostic to be performed, they went ahead and did it anyway. My bill was quoted to be 11thousand for a rattling noise. I was also banned for not paying the $220 from Selma Kia? My car was not the same the engine light was now blinking plus the oil light which was not on when I dropped off. When I got home my car smelled like smoke. More

We did find a KIA Forte my son liked but we wanted to look at other dealerships. I had asked the salesman to get me their best price out the door and to call or text me. Then instead of Checking with the manager in best pricing he sent me the paperwork on the windows of the 2 autos. I already knew the MSRP. Didn’t seem to be interested in selling an auto. We went to Visalia and bought a Toyota. If he had gotten back to me we probably would have never went to a Visalia and my son would be driving a KIA instead of a Toyota. More
