My son was there for oil change. It’s first time over there because I always trust Honda North Fresno. But this time they didn’t have an early appointment available. When he came back my car was damaged on left side. There was a big bump on it. I texted to the number that was given to contact during service. I explained it and sent the pictures of my car. But until now I never received any response. If it’s not their fault then at least they should respond back. That’s why I’ll never recommend them. More
