It waste the buyer's time, undermines trust, and turns what should be a straightforward purchase into an adversarial back-and-forth. A dealership with this much inventory, a sales team this competent, and a product this strong has no excuse for relying on these tactics. The cars and the people sell themselves-the games only cheapen both. More
