The service advisor was nice and respectful when accepting my car for an oil change. However at end of the appointment, there was no in person discussion of certain items of my vehicle that needed a accepting my car for an oil change. However at end of the appointment, there was no in person discussion of certain items of my vehicle that needed attention, items that were checked off (in red) during inspection by the mechanic, and the options presented to fix said items. I could have inquired about the paperwork but it seemed busy at the dealership, so I’m hoping the next time I’ll be better informed of the state of my vehicle and the things that needs to be fixed. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and curtesy my agent ( Christian ) and the finance manager ( Kevin ) have shown during the process of my purchase. I have been shopping for an electric car for the past 2 weeks. Honda Prologue was on my list of EV cars. Last week I did a demo drive at Tesla and was not impressed with their customer service, maybe one of the reasons I did not purchase a Tesla last week. Two days ago I stopped by at the Honda Dealer in Selma just wondering around and wanted to drive the Prologue with no intention to buy a car that day. Sure enough Christian and Kevin made it happen that day and I went home with my new EV happy and satisfied. I am a manager at a big healthcare institution in the Central Valley with many clinics around Selma Honda. I will definitely be recommending Selma Honda, Kevin, and Christian to all my collogues and network. More
