He was very informative, and ready to gather information I needed to make an effective decision. I had been looking at a specific model of car for months, therefore I was very informed and knew exactly what I wanted. We exchanged emails throughout the day and I was convinced that I wanted to see the car in person. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was how clean the dealership was. Scott had the car washed and displayed perfectly for me upon my arrival. We took the car out for a spin and had conversation for about 20 min. There was no pressure, and he seemed like a genuine person. Communication regarding pricing was very clear and to the point. My time is very valuable to me so this is very important. I planned to simply check out the car before going to work, but I was confident that the car was right for me and that these were solid guys to do business with.
