Great buying experience. Not many people can describe their car buying experience as fun but Thom was a blast to work with. He also introduced me to the manager who was very friendly and helped me understand a lot more about car loans than I had known going in. I was able to get the exact year, make and model car I have been searching months for, and they never once pressured me throughout my decision making, even when I kept them there so late. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car because they offer great prices and I had such a great experience. I plan on keeping my car awhile, but in the future, I will definitely be back. More

Fortunately, at Select SI, I met with Gene on what init I despise car shopping, with a passion. Because sales people don't listen or have an agenda. Fortunately, at Select SI, I met with Gene on what initially seemed to be a busted sale. I had a specific vehicle in mind and a specific budget and when I called Gene, he had one vehicle that fit the mold, but he was skeptical. I wanted an "airport car" that gave me the opportunity to tinker and build what I wanted - strange parameters, I know. During the entire purchase process, he did not try to convince me to buy another car or look at anything else. I met with Gene and reviewed the car and had some concerns. Gene expressed his concerns about the car as well and was very honest. He and his management allowed me to review the car in the service area, where I spent all the time I needed to review the car. Gene talked with me and listened the entire time and arranged for a mechanic to talk with me as well. In all, Gene and his management let me buy the car I was looking for and did not pressure me on other cars or "add ons". The purchase and post purchase process was easy and straight forward as well. This was a good experience in the discovery, purchase and delivery process. I am currently working with Gene on purchasing a car for my daughter - if this was not a good experience, I would not continue this relationship. But, this is what customer focused sales and service is all about! I still don't like buying vehicles, but Gene makes it efficient and effective! More
