My amazing experience ! My name is Quintavia I recently bought a 2016 Nissan Altima. The sales consultant that helped me was Thom Holmes, Tyson and the finance guy(I forgot h My name is Quintavia I recently bought a 2016 Nissan Altima. The sales consultant that helped me was Thom Holmes, Tyson and the finance guy(I forgot his name). However the customer service was amazing, even other employees. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The building and car lot was organized and clean. The best part about it no one was pressuring me they made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Ok, I can go on and on but you guys get the picture my time there and my purchase was worth it!!!!!!!! More

He responded to my request for vehicle information promptly and followed up with me several times before and after I purchased my car. He did not use the typical sales tactics that many dealers use and genuinely put my needs first. The sales manager, Jason, was empathetic and did everything he could to earn my business. The finance representative, Rob, was efficient and made the paperwork process seamless.
