Roger was wonderful! He responded to my email of interest on a vehicle I found online right away. My overall experience with Select Luxuary Cars was great. Pre-sales experience with salesman was good. Post-sales experience with salesman not so good. A good sales person always follow-ups and makes sure that the customer is happy and satified with their new purchase; that was not my experience with my sales person and I ended up calling him. Too many petty things to discuss but I will tell you that it involved me driving the car from SC back to GA. However, soon after the purchase I received a standard thank you letter from the dearlership with the General Manager's signature and decided to call and discuss my concerns and was transfered to Kim Kelterborn (customer services manager). Kim Kelterborn proactively listened to every word and found a way to make everything right. She persoanally took my concerns to Robbie Ashcar (general manager)and the issue was resolved. As a goodwill offering I was also sent an accessory for my car (a must have, want, and need accessory esepcially with today's technology). Customer Service is great to work with and their main objective is to make sure that the customer is happy after the deal in hopes of retaining that customers business. I would reccommend Select Luxuary Cars to any of my family and friends, and I plan to go back in a couple of years for a newer model. More

I came in just browsing for a car, feeling the need t change. I met Roger and was immediately engaged by his non-pushy yet market informative personality. Roger responded to my email where I had a vehicle of 12 years of age I wanted to trade. After a couple of days of discussing the value of each vehicle we came to terms. The figure that Roger gave to me included all cost of the purchase and trade. I brought a certified check, traveling 7 hours to spend about one hour at their office exchanging paper and reviewing both vehicles. The deal we cut over the phone was unchanged upon my visit. I was happy that I did not spend hours of my time on the day of exchange. Roger was the best and very professional.
