Finance Mgr lacks customer sensitivity.I felt like a pauper begging to do businnes there. Sure, im not a baller, hedge fund mgr, or even a big shot w/ deep pockets. But I saved my CASH to purchase my vehicle. I was actually greeted with "not a lot of meat on this deal". As he counted my cash down payment. Sure its been a year since my purchase, but no CUSTOMER should ever be treated that way. EVER! Overall the dealership still gets 4.5 stars TDT More

First time I purchased a car without looking and inspecting it personally. I took a chance did my homework, shopped for a car for over 6 months, found the right color, make and combination and it w inspecting it personally. I took a chance did my homework, shopped for a car for over 6 months, found the right color, make and combination and it was at this dealership. I researched the dealer and all positive reviews. I had a PPI done at Aston Martin of Atlanta, and the dealer fixed the necessary items to bring the car to near showroom conditon. They fixed the items without question, had the car ready, and helped me with transport. All necessary paperwork arriived the day the car arrived and all was there. The rolled off the truck and I was very happy with the overall conditon of the car. It was better than I expected, and I am very please with the final price and product from this Dealer. If I am in the market for another car, I will certainly look at their site first. Seemless operation! More
After searching for the perfect BMW E39 M5 on the internet for over a year I found my dream car at Select Luxury Cars. The price, mileage color and condition was perfect! I contacted Select and spo internet for over a year I found my dream car at Select Luxury Cars. The price, mileage color and condition was perfect! I contacted Select and spoke to Mike Kraman from the start. Because the car already had a deposit I thought that another M5 slipped through my fingers: however, after that deal fell through Mike got back in touch immediately to let me know the car had become available again. Buying a car "sight unseen" was a very stressful experience for me but Mike provided all the information I needed to make me feel confident that I was purchasing the perfect car; and boy was he right! Mike is a stand up guy and Select is a very ethical and stand up dealership. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to purchase another car from Mike and the Select team. The are all very professional and committed to customer service. I mostly appreciate Mike Kraman for not only being very professional, but for being willing to put up with all my (OCD) requests for information to make my buying experience a breeze. I consider Mike Kraman a friend! More
* Traded my 2006 porsche carrera to a dealer, select luxury auto in Marietta, GA. It had 33.7k miles – agreed I would pay to ship to them. * Purchased a 2007 Bentley GTC convertible from them with 2 luxury auto in Marietta, GA. It had 33.7k miles – agreed I would pay to ship to them. * Purchased a 2007 Bentley GTC convertible from them with 29,300 miles. – agreed they would pay to ship to me, via enclosed carrier. * Agreed on price subject to inspection both of our inspections of vehicles. * I paid to have my porsche shipped to them, $1,100 * I paid to have a company, AIM auto inspections, go to their location and complete an in depth inspection of Bentley, $425, which came back with no major issues. * Spoke with Jerry Bates, their finance manager, on thurs or friday of the previous week and he informed me once the porsche got there they would inspect it right away and once they completed the inspection and accepted the trade, he would send me the signed title, final paperwork with bill of sale, signed insurance RMV 1 for, etc. for Bentley to finalize the deal. * Porsche arrived at their location Sunday night 5/19 * Spoke to the sales rep Michael Goodall on Monday 5/20 and he stated "the porsche was great, he drove it etc". and Monday late afternoon it was up on their website in their showroom for sale.(even though he originally told me they were not going to retail it, he found a dealer to take it for trade value). * on Tuesday 5/21 all the final paperwork was delivered via FedEx overnight to my home in Massachusetts from Jerry Bates including the signed title to the Bentley and the signed RMV1 form and the check for sales tax which was included in the total aquisition cost for me to register it. * Mike Goodall informed me on Monday 5/20 that the enclosed car carrier would pick up the Bentley on wed 5/23 in GA to deliver to me. * I proceeded to the registry in MA to register the Bentley. * on weds afternoon 5/22 around noon I received an email from mike Goodall saying the inspection of the porsche by “the porsche dealer” didn't go well. He called me and said the inspections showed the underneath had rust and the brakes, rotors and calipers needed replacement. He sent me photos that of course did indicate some rusty nuts and bolts and other areas but nothing looked out of the ordinary especially for a New England car. I said Mike it is a little late in the process to be telling me this today, I already received the title etc. for the car and registered it. * he mentioned the owner of the dealership told him he wasn't going to ship the Bentley unless I resolved this Issue with him. * I said mike you guys already sent me the signed rmv1, title to the Bentley, final documents and now, after you have the car polished and wax and up for sale on your website and have 55 photos of it, you tell me it has issues. I said that isn't how it works, this is a done deal, paperwork is finalized and the porsche was fine when it left here. * owner of dealer called me, Robbie ashcar, and was unprofessional and unreasonable. He kept saying that I traded him a rusted out porsche. I said why wouldn't you have completed all of your inspections before you cleaned it and detailed it and put on your website and why was the final paperwork sent to me if this inspection was pending. He didn't care what I said or did, he said he wouldn't release the Bentley unless I made good on the $8,000 of repairs the porsche needs. I then began to stress out. I was already into the new car for $2,000, he had my traded porsche and the newly aquired bentley and was demanding more money from me. He then felt it was important to mention it can get real costly for me to hire a lawyer, take off work, fly down there to go to court etc. and after an hour and fifteen minutes on the phone he said if I send him a check for $2,250 he would release the Bentley as the auto transport company was due to pick it up in an hour or two from him. * I agreed under protest to send it via FedEx and he said I had to send an email to mike Goodall explaining my intentions and send him a copy of the check and fedex overnight tracking slip and if I did that he would send the Bentley. In closing I want to mention that up until Mr. Ashcar pulled his extortion tactics I was very pleased with the level of service, communication and attentiveness of his staff. After the incident it totally changed my professional and personal opinion of him as I cannot beleive he would pull such a cowardly scam for a mere $2,250. This was a calculated maneuver if I ever saw one. He knew keeping the amount at that level and making the extortion request just prior to the new car being ready for shipment would be enough to force compliance from the buyer. I would strongly recommend not buying a car from Mr. Ashcar as he truly is looking out for himself and not the customer and he showed his true colors by scamming an out of state, trusting buyer with his cowardly actions. This was a postive experience being a first time buyer online without seeing the car. But I went with their (+) reviews and A+ BBB rating. The price was fair, less than most dealers but on par with privat online without seeing the car. But I went with their (+) reviews and A+ BBB rating. The price was fair, less than most dealers but on par with private sellers. But what I got was good/comprehensive service, a very detailed and inspected car, countless reassurances, fast shipping, and even a better financing rate. I had a pre-approved loan from my bank (and I have very good credit) and they were able to get me a better deal yet by working with their lenders. Orlando was very prompt to reply with questions and followed up on every inquiry I had. I had every information I needed to make a very important decision. The car arrived even a day early and was shiny and looked like new! It drives like a dream. I would definitely check their website again if I had to buy another car.....but I am going to enjoy this M3 for a few years first! More

After driving the Jag and getting my trade-in evaluated I decided to purchas I had seen on the Web site, at about 3 PM on a recent Friday afternoon. After driving the Jag and getting my trade-in evaluated I decided to purchase the Jag and trade in my vehicle. The entire transaction was completed very professionally and by about 6:30 PM I was driving out in the Jag. An added bonus was their ability to get me an unblieveably great finance rate with Wells Fargo. I had intened to pay cash but decided to finance given the great rate. The entire transaction was quick and hassle free. More
Orlando was very helpful from the beginning and understood what I wanted from the car and the deal. He followed up on getting the car ready and did an outstanding job of finding a missing part.
