Overall experience was excellent. Car was as advertised and ready when I arrived to pick it up. It was in immaculate condition. The only fault if there was any was that the car had very little gas in it ba and ready when I arrived to pick it up. It was in immaculate condition. I was looking to surprise my wife with a special Christmas gift this year and Select Luxury Cars went to great lengths to make it happen. I originally searched the internet for a specific car (BMW - Z4 sDrive35i, red with light leather interior) that my wife has wanted ever since test driving one a year ago, when I found a match listed on their website. After doing some due diligence online about the franchise and their sales team, I decided to give them a call and see if all the good reviews I was reading about were true. Happily, I will say the overall experience, from sales to financing and delivery, was outstanding in every way. Not only did Orlando, my sales agent, assist me by answering all my questions about the car, he offered additional information and expertise that made me feel confident that I was making the right choice not only about the car, but about the dealership as well… Most reviews would end here, but I am delighted to express a special note of "Thanks" to Orlando for 'going the extra mile' by coordinating delivery of the car from Atlanta to Charlotte so that it would be here in time to surprise my wife at her company Christmas party. Orlando also worked diligently with Jerry Bates, the Finance Director at Select, (Jerry is a real delight to work with as well) to express mail all the forms and documents necessary to close the deal so the car could be shipped as quickly as possible in order to have it available for my wife's party. I should also note that I purchased the car solely from viewing it online (54 excellent photos, CARFAX history, detailed internet description on Select's website) and from Orlando's personal assurances attesting to the accuracy of the descriptions and photos. When I took delivery, the car was even better than the photos or descriptions expressed. Over the years I have purchased 3 Mercedes, 2 Infiniti's and several domestic cars from other dealerships, but Orlando's attention to detail and professionalism topped them all. Kudos go to the Select Luxury Cars enterprise for having such outstanding people as part of their organization!
