After an extensive search for a particular car, having limited success in my immediate region, I found the vehicle with everything I wanted at Select Luxury. Although I was coming from N.Y,. I felt comfortable based upon my initial conversation with the salesperson; traveling to Marietta to purchase a high end automobile was becoming more of a reality. Select arranged my transportation from the airport, keeping the transaction stress-free with less to concern myself. My first contact was with Select's sales associate, James Younis. James allayed any fears I might have initially had assuring me of the ease associated with the transaction and the regularity for them of this kind of internet purchase. I was told how often they do this and not to be deterred. James was attentive, knowledgable about the product, and reassuring. Despite my comfort level, I arranged to travel to see the car for myself. I meet James who couldn't have been more welcoming and sensitive to my concerns. The car, his demeanor, and the overall pleasant vibe I felt there convinced me that I was making the right decision. I got the car I wanted at a good price and the service and respect that was sometimes lacking at the other dealerships I had visited that week. So do yourself a favor and pay them a visit, they totally earned my business before and after the sale. And the great service did not end when I drove off the lot ether. James checked in with me to make sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase which I was. In fact the only thing better than the great service i got is my like new car with only 3,710 miles on it......talk about having quality used cars. More
