However, Select Luxury Cars had just the car with the equipment I had been looking for. So, despite my long-standing bias, I decided to check out the car and this used car dealer. I am glad I did. Several factors separate Select Luxury Cars from its competitors. First, it has a very large and varied array of late-model, desirable, high-end vehicles on-site at its metro-Atlanta location in Marietta. Second, Dealer Rater has endorsed it as 2015 dealer of the year. And third, testimonials posted at various websites regularly praise it for the services provided. Equally important is the manner in which its sales representatives, in my case Mr. Orlando Lopez, work with customers. No high-pressure sales techniques are employed. Instead, Mr. Lopez served as a consultant and advisor, answering my questions fully and honestly, and providing important but unasked for information in a friendly and professional manner. Indeed, Mr. Lopez went beyond the call of duty assisting me pick up the car and locating a missing key fob. Finally, the price I paid for the car was a fair one, perhaps a bit less than I could have negotiated for other cars that I had considered but passed on. And the closing, with the financial director Mr. Jerry Bates, went as smoothly and efficiently as one could hope. To conclude, I can only say that Select Luxury cars and its staff, especially Mr. Lopez, have reversed my bias about use car dealers, and that I recommend them to those seriously interested in the preowned cars in which the company specializes.
