I don't like writing reviews where I don't have any constructive feedback, but in this case I had to make an exception because we really have no constructive feedback to give. CUSTOMER-CENTRIC CAR DEALERSHIPS ACTUALLY EXIST!!! Michael Kraman, Jerry Bates, and Select Luxury truly understand the importance of customer service. They really run a top notch operation and it all shines throughout the whole buying process. My wife Casey and I had been to 4-5 dealerships before coming across a Hard-top convertible BMW we were interested in online. Michael & Select Luxury were very knowledgeable and descriptive over the phone... they have a photographer that covers about every inch of the car before uploading photos. I spent over 50 hours researching and looking at cars online before jumping on this one. They were so competitively priced, my wife and I opted to drive 4-5 hours to pick it up. And I'm glad we did... the whole process was very open, pleasant, and free of any uncomfortable pressure we got from the dealerships. We thought we were just getting a good price, but we got so much more from our experience with them. ALSO they were extremely fair on the trade-in price. They offered the same amount for our trade-in as the dealership was willing to give us. Right away we both could tell they run a quality operation. Very nice cars in their lot that were all in tip top shape. We will absolutely work with Michael and Jerry in our next purchase. Michael even called us up when a few hours had passed our expected arrival time... he was legitimately concerned and wanted to make sure we hadn't gotten in any sort of accident. But we were just running late :) Jerry Bates was wonderful to work with too. My wife and I are 30 and this was the first car either of us had ever financed so this was all new to us. Jerry walked us through everything and answered all of our (many) questions. I was surprised how streamlined he had all of the documents set up to print out and get you in an out in about 20 minutes. We have had a few questions come up since the purchase and they are always available to speak via phone or answer your emails withing an hour or so. I really felt like I dealt with an honest family run business in an industry that gets such a bad wrap. Select Luxury is a breath of fresh air that goes against that grain. "Splindid Customer Service" I had been looking for a used either 2013 or 2014 328i BMW for only a couple of weeks. I visited local BMW dealers in Charlotte and Atlanta. The dea I had been looking for a used either 2013 or 2014 328i BMW for only a couple of weeks. I visited local BMW dealers in Charlotte and Atlanta. The dealerships seemed to value their used certified BMW's. The dealer in Atlanta added on Load Jack for $695 and wanted to pass that cost to the customer. I was not interested in Load Jack but it did not matter. Looked on the internet and came across Select Luxury Cars in Marietta, GA and they had a couple of BMW's I was interested in. The price was between $4k and $5K lower with low miles and still under warranty. I was somewhat hesitant of dealing with a used car dealer in that I had a bad experience in the past. Since I was passing through Atlanta I stopped by but the dealership was closed due to holiday. I inspected the car of interested and it had a minor ding in the right quarter panel. Called the next Monday and spoke with Mike Goodall and he was not aware of the dent. He had that corrected in a couple of days and sent me photos of the car. The car was in excellent condition and the price was right reasonable. I purchased the car prior to driving. Excellent service from Mike in getting the paper work completed and out of there. He has followed up with me twice since the purchase. I have a question on a feature concerning profiles and Mike said he would check that out and get back with me on how to change it. The car was worth the drive from Florida. I would highly recommend Select Luxury Cars. More
