Mike did a good job answering all of my questions and helping me through the process, as I haven't bought a car in years. Jerry made the financing part of the deal incredibly easy, and I was able to get a great rate, even better than my financial adviser estimated! There was no pressure during the entire process and the entire pricing package was explained up front. All tag and plate paperwork was done for me, including the emissions, which is nice. Before heading to the dealership, I thought the reviews on this site (near perfect) must be fake. I thought they must pressure people into writing reviews at the dealership, but that didn't happen at all. After dealing with these guys, I can comfortably add my 5 star rating. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. When it comes time to buy again, this will be the first place I go. More
