He was warm and friendly and also professional in his sales approach. I did not feel pressured to buy as I had experienced at other dealerships. We came to a deal that felt fair for me and the dealership. Many dealerships talk about service after sale. I had an opportunity to find out that the folks at Select practice what they preach in regards to service. On the day of delivery of my car, there was a problem with one of the tires. Select Luxury Cars promptly replaced the tire without question. Their commitment to quality customer service is genuine. Great Experience While on vacation, I spotted a luxury SUV on the Select Luxury website that fit exactly what my wife had been looking to purchase for her next vehicle While on vacation, I spotted a luxury SUV on the Select Luxury website that fit exactly what my wife had been looking to purchase for her next vehicle. I called Robert Goldman to put a deposit on the vehicle and hold it until we were able to get back in town and inspect the car. Robert was great to work with during the entire process and went above expectations to insure the car held for us and that it checked out as advertised. Once the car was inspected, we went in to purchase the car and Jerry Bates was great to work with in the finance department. Everything went smooth and we drove the car home in just a few minutes.
