Hassled by salesman Inquired about a vehicle that is 7yrs old and made an offer based on what the vehicle was previously purchased for at auction. I felt this with 2 different sales workers Allen and Jason. With research done on the history through dealer web-sites of this car; it appeared that they had acquired it for more than the previous dealership had and were trying to shift that mistake to the customer. MB do not go up in value the older they get or by how many miles they have on them regardless. With the information provided I asked them 3x to discuss the offer with the GM and let me know. I did not get any confirmation they went to the GM with a cash offer. The car then was listed the next day for 10k more than they asked the previous day. As a consumer and very well versed individual in automotive, cars do not go up in value overnight especially when there is documentation of it being sold for much less with less miles. To put the cherry on top Allen knowing I’m in a different time zone calls me at 6:40AM at an “Unknown number” and hassles me. He actually laughed at the full cash offer I had made to them previously that the Maserati/Ferrari dealer had paid and couldn’t sell the vehicle for. This dealership allows its sales people to present themselves unprofessionally, and does not work well with people who do their research prior to buying vehicles. My opinion would be they would rather steal money from customers who don’t do their due diligence when buying a car. More

Roger was very casual and not high pressure at all. I generally dont enjoy the process of purchasing a car because of the negotiation and pressure tactics. Roger made everything very easy. I didn't buy a car that day but Roger casually asked enough questions to have an idea of what i was looking for. I felt very comfortable giving him my contact information whereas I didn't feel that way at any other dealership I visited that day. Two weeks later Roger sent me a text about a car that I might be interested in purchasing. I visited the next day and made a deal to purchase the car. I am an extremely particular/difficult car buyer and probably bought the least expensive car on the lot. Roger treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car they had. If you want low pressure and someone you would trust to buy multiple cars from in the future then call or walk in the door and ask for Roger. He understands service to his clients and will do what it takes to earn your business. I have only had the car for 8 hours and I am certain Roger will provide any service I need after the sale. Roger is a class act and will see me agiain for future purchases. More
