Bad experience! I purchased a 2005 GMC SIERRA 4x4 truck from this dealer in July 2017. The salesman(Frank) was nice and helpful for the most part. They have you write down a list of problems that you have with the vehicle and promise that they will fix all of these issues. I gave them cash for the truck and discovered that the issues hadn't been taken care of yet. They said that parts were on back order and should be in within a few days. Parts still haven't come in more than 2 months later. Check engine light came on the day after I bought the truck. Wilmer said he would take care of it. I paid another mechanic $450 to fix. Wilmer (owner) did nothing but tell lies. I have had several other issues with the truck but fortunately I was able to fix myself.I will never deal with them again and recommend that no one does either. Terrible customer service after the sale! More
