Robert, the Sales Manager is a great guy and really went the extra mile on this latest purchase, ensuring that I was treated very well and that I was given the best deal possible. Of course, all of this would not matter if the cars were not the cream-of-the-crop; you would literally have to buy a new car to get an automobile as pristine as what Select Auto carries in inventory...definitely the cars are top tier in the luxury used car market, even compared to Dealer CPO cars. I don't really see myself ever purchasing from anyone else, and I know I will always be treated right and treated with respect. More

Best Auto Buying Experience EVER!!! If you're in the market for a high-end car or SUV, suffice it to say that it doesn't get any better than buying from Select Auto Imports. Yesterday, If you're in the market for a high-end car or SUV, suffice it to say that it doesn't get any better than buying from Select Auto Imports. Yesterday, I bought my first European motor car (a 2013 BMW 528iX). From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty. My salesman was Naser, but I also spent time with Robert (manager) and Mike (finance office). Each of these fine gentlemen, extended to me every possible courtesy a customer could ever expect. These guys have salesmanship done to a "T". The entire experience was handled in a very courteous, professional and respectful manner, yet was still very friendly, casual and relaxing. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. I was able to easily and quickly negotiate a VERY favorable price for the car. Naser, in particular, was simply outstanding. He assured me that I would be "very happy" with both the car and final sales price ... little did I know that "very happy" was a gross understatement. My feeling was much more like "total elation". I've never been treated so well when buying a car and so absolutely satisfied with all aspects of the experience. Please understand that my comments are not in any way exaggerated. In fact, it gets even better yet. Today, I took the car to a BMW specialist in the Baltimore metro area to have it inspected ... mechanically, electronically and cosmetically. The inspection took about 90 minutes and when it was complete, the shop owner told me that in his 19 years in business he and his staff had NEVER seen a BMW (or any other used car) in such outstanding condition ... his exact words were "the car is perfect in every possible way." In addition, when I told him how much I paid for my new chariot he was totally shocked saying "there is absolutely no way you could have gotten this car at that price. It had to have cost you another 10 grand." Anyway, let me get to the bottom line ... Select Auto Imports is the absolute best bar none. They go out of their way to give each customer the VIP treatment AND their inventory of cars is simply incredible ... every car I looked at was just as nice as the one I bought ... which so far is nothing short of PERFECT. If you end up buying a high-end used import anywhere else, you will definitely be making a serious mistake. These guys are the best, bar none!!! More
