Their inventory included a 2017 Lexus GX 460 that caught my interest. I was introduced to Sales Manager Robert Samereie & Sales Consultant PJ Nadimi through emails/texts. On the afternoon of 04/25/2019, I visited the dealership and was warmly greeted by both Robert & PJ. Having already studied this particular make/model vehicle, not much was left to be done but confirm its condition, test drive, & agree on sales price. As expected, the vehicle was in beautiful condition. Within 1 1/2 hours (or less) of my arrival, the vehicle was inspected by me, test driven, & purchased! Flawless process! Additionally, I was already armed with financing through USAA. Select Auto Imports secured a better loan rate & won the financing war as well. Again, all within 90 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. Schedule conflicts/logistics prevented me from taking possession of the vehicle that afternoon. I returned the next morning, was greeted by PJ, & I drove the vehicle away. Within a few hours, I discovered that one all-weather floor mat was missing. I contacted PJ & he ordered a new 4-piece set!!! Four days after the sales transaction, all is well. I have my beautiful vehicle & the floor mats (important with active kids). My interaction with anyone & everyone at Select Auto Imports was superb. I highly recommend this dealership. More

When I got to the lot Saturday morning, I was afraid of being overwhelmed with a sales person who just wanted to make a sale and didn't care about my automotive needs. Marlon was just the opposite of what I feared. He was very helpful, and wanted to know about my family which helped me take my guard down. He then told me about his family. I then told him what I was looking for and he told me some of the options and the best buys. Never was he pushy, which is what I got on the lot prior to coming to Select Auto. I was so impressed with Marlon as a sales associate. I will tell everyone about Select Auto and particularly about Marlon. I went home and explained that Marlon was the perfect salesman, so my husband's job was already done. By the time my husband got there, he was ready to sign on the dotted line. Even though when we got on the lot together, my husband didn't want high miles, so he chose another car that was more expensive, but had only 13,000 miles. P.S. There are a couple of buttons that I am not familiar with even though Marlon explained them to me during the test drive. I will probably give him a call today so he can tell me what they operate. Very Professional I had a great experience at Select auto Imports, especially with Naser Ghaznawi. They stayed one hour after the store closed to be sure that I was happy. My new used car is in perfect condition and checks out with my mechanic. I love my new car and I will always buy cars from Select Auto Imports. A very nice experience, no pressure, very nice people, the financing was a breeze, everyone is respectful and polite. This is a very good company. This is my 4th used car dealership: three (other dealerships) were high pressure sales and their nice friendly attitude disappeared as soon as I signed to buy. At select Auto, the people are real, polite, genuine. Great place. More
