The result was a dead, 4 year old battery. Further inspection showed the car to have cheap lowering springs on it. Robert, the sales manager worked with the owner to make it right. Although It took more effort after the sale, they stand behind their products and service which is much more than i can say for most dealerships. They really do care about their reputation and long term realtionships which is commendable. More

We did have some follow-up questions after we left (since we are from out of state), and both, Terri and Naser, were quick to return my call and answer subsequent emails.
