Wow what an easy, great and wonderful service I received throughout purchasing the car. Naser Ziadmal was absolutely an amazing guy. He took good care of me till the end. Naser Ziarmal picked up the phone and in matter of 10-15 minutes, he explained it everything very well. I was amused by his service and honesty. I went and did a test drive. The car was like a brand new car, low lineage, clean and in a very well condition. I was not charged a penny extra fee like all other dealerships charge. It took us only 1-2 hours to test drive the car, check my credit, approved me for a loan and good interest rate and fill up all the necessary paper work. The service was very quick and easy which again shows their honesty, great customer service and no extra charges or anything like that. Customer satisfaction is their main goal. Easiest car buying experience ever. I have purchased numerous cars over the years and the sale of a 2017 BMW by Select Auto Imports was by far the easiest. The "no pressure" approach fr I have purchased numerous cars over the years and the sale of a 2017 BMW by Select Auto Imports was by far the easiest. The "no pressure" approach from PJ Nadimi was a welcome experience. I test drove the car alone for an extended period of time allowing me to get the feel of the automobile. The car went through a prepurchase inspection at an independent shop and passed all tests. Robert Samerie handled the negotiations and paper work smoothly and efficiently. After deciding to purchase the car the deal was closed in an hour and I was on my way. I will definitely return to this dealership for both service an future automobile purchases. More

An absolute pleasure! I just happened to find the exact car I was looking at Select Auto, but they're on the other side of the country... I reached out and Marlon responde I just happened to find the exact car I was looking at Select Auto, but they're on the other side of the country... I reached out and Marlon responded almost immediately with a great video of the car... I checked them out, I checked out the car, Carfax, my local dealer, etc. and everything looked really good so I decided to buy the car sight unseen. After a couple of delightful phone conversations with both Marlon and Robert we were able to come to terms and after a couple e-documents and a Fedex back and forth the deal was done. We flew to DC a week later to pick up the car and drive it home. There was no disappointment, both Robert and Marlon were there to meet us and the car was exactly as pictured and ready to go when we arrived. Marlon took the time to give me a brief overview of my new Mercedes, he got my iPhone paired and showed us how to work all the new voice commands, etc. Very knowledgable!
