I bought a car from them about a month ago. They failed to follow through on anything they told me they would do. Absolutely nothing. All I wanted was to have the car inspected since it came fr They failed to follow through on anything they told me they would do. Absolutely nothing. For less than $100 this would have been a 5 star review. I've never trusted a dealership less. It doesn't take 6 days to inspect a car. More

Bought an SUV, which ended up having troubles days after purchasing the vehicle. We found out that they were aware of a problem before selling us the vehicle. I tried to buy a car they had in stock. First I emailed them, and they never got back to me. Then after waiting 4 days, I called and spoke with a receptionist. Had to update this review after 10 months after buying a car from them. Ignoring the fact I bought a vehicle that has had issues since day 1 of driving it off the lot, they had my purchase an after market w car from them. Ignoring the fact I bought a vehicle that has had issues since day 1 of driving it off the lot, they had my purchase an after market warranty that three shops at this point do not want to deal with. Also I had over $1000 of repairs within the first month of owning a car that one of the sales reps told me they would "make right". Since then the sales rep had moved to another job and the owner Scott has not reached out to me once after me calling and emailing numerous times. Very disappointed with them, and just want everyone to know do not buy the cars plus warranty they push on you, it's not even worth it b/c mechanics and even a dealership do not want to work with them. Bought a 2012 BMW X5 from Selden Motors. They do not allow buyers to take their cars to a neutral mechanic for review prior to the sale. I two concerns when I bought it. One was that the power steering allow buyers to take their cars to a neutral mechanic for review prior to the sale. I two concerns when I bought it. One was that the power steering felt somewhat stiff, like it wasn't fully operational. The other was vibration at speeds above 60 miles per hour. I took the car to a mechanic in my town who ran a diagnostic on the steering and told me that the power steering pump was losing pressure which would account for the stiffness in the performance. I took the car back to Selden with this information. They had their mechanic check it out. He admitted that the steering was "a little stiffer than it should be" but the dealership refused to do anything about it. While the car was there they also said they fixed the vibration, but they did not. I took the car back to my mechanic. He said the vibration could be from a number of things including worn out struts. Combined, these repairs could cost me over $2500. It was clear to me that this dealership plays "rope a dope" with their clients after the sale, delaying responses to my phone and text messages, insisting I leave the car overnight when they knew this was a hardship for me, and ultimately doing nothing that solved either problem. My suggestion: insist on having an outside mechanic look at the car you are buying, no matter how good it seems. They don't call them used cars for nothing. More
