It appears that they stole the money they charged me for aftermarket warranty. Scott Klocksin General Manager at Selden Motors texted me several times claiming to have sent refund to my finance company. Th aftermarket warranty. At the end of March I had the pleasant experience of dealing with the sales team at Selden Motors. My sales contact, Jake, was professional and worked with me to fully assess a 2014 Jaguar XK in their dealing with the sales team at Selden Motors. My sales contact, Jake, was professional and worked with me to fully assess a 2014 Jaguar XK in their inventory. As a result I purchased the automobile. The Selden team went out of their way to make the transaction worry free and took time to explain the process in detail. The price was spot on and the service afforded me was exemplary. Many thanks to Jake and his folks for their efforts. I strongly recommend Selden to anyone searching for a preowned hi end auto. More

I was involved in a traumatic car accident (May) and was in need of a car. We went to Selden Motors to purchase a replacement car. They were aware of the situation and the need for a reliable, safe car for myself and my 3 kids. They sold us a car (May 28,2022) that didn’t have inspections done on it because they said they couldn’t do it that weekend. They told us they don’t cover their cars for warranty but have a third party warranty that we could purchase in addition to the cost of the car (extra $3000). We went to get our car inspected 3 days after driving it home, which was a 2 hour drive so plenty of time to run a drive cycle. It failed the inspection/emissions. We then took it to a different garage where they replaced coils that were placed incorrectly and it still wouldn’t pass inspection/emissions. We then drove it around trying to have it run the drive cycle to then only have it lock up on us to make it unable to be driven. We had to use our personal car insurance to cover the tow because the warranty company would only cover $100 of a tow. A local Range Rover dealership that are experts on this type of car were in communication with the warranty that refused to pay for repairs unless they did a complete engine tear down (12 hr job) but would only cover 2 hours of the cost. At this point we have been without a car for two months (July-September). During this time we had attempted to communicate with the dealership and the owner, Scott. We had multiple forwarded messages and no return phone calls. When we finally were able to reach them they took the car to their garage and have had it for another 2 months with continual delays on their end (September-December). This entire time we have been paying a large payment for a car we do not have and no offer of a replacement car for interim. We are at the point of them holding our car hostage and refusing to give us a refund. We have attempted to communicate all week (11/28-12/2) with zero communication from them. When we finally did receive communication from them they informed us that leadership has decided to take our car (that we own) to auction and sell for a new car. None of which was EVER discussed. They do not sell save, reliable cars. They do not stand by their word to “make things right”. They are scam artists that attempt to sell bad cars as “good cars” then blame the purchaser for any issues that occur. DO NOT BUY FROM SELDEN MOTORS! More
My first car I purchased there was four year ago, a Porsche Panamera 2013. I had ONLY.ONE REPAIR IN FOUR YEARS!! So I went back two months ago and purchased my second car from them, an Audi SQ5 2018 w Porsche Panamera 2013. I had ONLY.ONE REPAIR IN FOUR YEARS!! So I went back two months ago and purchased my second car from them, an Audi SQ5 2018 with 35000 miles. They told me it might need an oil change and brake pads, normal wear and tear items and offered to do it. They also told me that I will probably need new tires in a year. They could not have been more forthright . I took to an Audi dealer shortly after for a recall item and they confirmed every thing Selden Motors had told me. I highly recommend them. More

This dealer is the most xxxxxxx dealer who lied, cheated by selling previously wrecked and damaged BMW without disclosure. I was horrified when I brought the car to the dealer to check on a clicking sound by selling previously wrecked and damaged BMW without disclosure. I was horrified when I brought the car to the dealer to check on a clicking sound coming from the front right side of the vehicle. They found multiple fault codes that would cost $4944 before tax; In addition other faulty components needs immediate replacement that would render the car none derivable, total cost $14.400.00 - New actuator - Oxygen sensor - Eccentric shaft - New Battery - wheel bearings and axle shaft - oil cooler gaskets are leaking - radiator lower hose leaking - upper radiator hose leaking - front thrust arm bushings - brake discs are rusty - rear brake pads - all four wheels are bent (not round) - bent wheels and worn out tires - steering wheel is off-center - Oil pan is seeping oil More
Daniel is very nice and is very responsive, Scott on the other hand is your typical used car salesman snake. (unresponsive after sale) Look closely at what you want to buy. Brake pads all the way around and other hand is your typical used car salesman snake. (unresponsive after sale) Look closely at what you want to buy. Brake pads all the way around and rotors on the front, also struts and shocks on the vehicle I bought. (additional 2k) They are very up front about not letting a 3 party look at the car/truck before you buy. I was out of state and found out the condition of these parts upon getting inspection. I was told they do go over their cars before they sell them, but I will let you be the judge of that. You can see my pics on the google review. More
