Horrible business practices and customer service. Purchased the vehicle in September 2024, but the suspension failed two weeks later. Warranty Company failed to "accept" the claim. In December 2024, the Back hatch would not lock, and then the SRS system failed; I called Selden and was told to bring the vehicle to them. The vehicle was towed to Selden. Kept vehicle until March 2025, no diagnosis, no repair. I was told the problem was the battery. I paid 500.0 for a new battery. No other repairs were made, and no warrant claim. I was threatened and told to come to get a vehicle or incur a 25.00 per day storage fee. The hatch was still faulty; SOS Warning came 2 days after getting the vehicle back. We will be selling this junk to buy a car. More

Bought a great car with 5 year warranty. Never used the warranty and traded car in elsewhere for an upgrade. Never got a call back. Ever. So the dealer kept my money and is unwilling to call me back to resolve. I will never do business with the company again and would recommend others avoid as well. Disappointed to read some of these reviews. I bought a good Car 2013 M5 for my son. Al the salesman was a good guy. The Manager/Money man Scott? however is well placed away from customers unti I bought a good Car 2013 M5 for my son. Al the salesman was a good guy. The Manager/Money man Scott? however is well placed away from customers until the last moment. My son did not like the car so I parked for a month. Thought they would appreciate a swop for a lesser value, but more appropriate vehicle my son selected. Bottom line, after I put 200 miles on the car and brought back in pristine condition with a $600 new tire, Scott attempted to squeeze $7000 more out of the swap. They are under no obligation to be fair but it certainty felt like Mr. Scott takes a perverse pleasure in a win-loss approach. The silver lining, my 17 year old son got to witness the negotiation first hand, and as we laughed on the drive home in our one month old M5, I knew that my son will eventually drive that car. Good luck to Al, and as for Mr. Scott, thank for putting a face to naked greed. More
