It took 6 weeks to make an appointment. The counter for service was not reset. I am currently play phone tag with them to figure it out. It took an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. I called Oct 2nd to make an appointment, the first available appointment wasn’t until Nov 11th. The lady that scheduled the appointment transferred me to the service desk so I could ask if there was anything sooner or if they had any cancellation to let me know. I left 2 messages and no one bothered to call me back. The lack of customer service is very disappointing. My previous oil change they told me I needed air filters replaced but I declined and told them I would replace them next service appointment. When I asked for them to change them this time he said they were fine and didn’t need to be replaced. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for filter replacements I didn’t need. I will definitely be asking a lot more questions next time I need service. More
The service center went downhill, I'm guessing due to the fact good knowledgeable people are hard to find. It's truly a shame, this wonderful family owned and ran dealership has ALWAYS maintained 110% ex the fact good knowledgeable people are hard to find. They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are HAPPY!! Unfortunately whom they trusted as service technicians , need to be watched, to ensure the correct work is being done in a timely manner, and that they are not lying to a long time customer. More
