The service department lied to me and told me that my 2017 Elantra doesn’t have an oil indicator light when I asked why the oil light didn’t come on when the car was low on oil. They further lied by tell 2017 Elantra doesn’t have an oil indicator light when I asked why the oil light didn’t come on when the car was low on oil. They further lied by telling me it is normal for the car to burn 4 quarts of oil and have no oil left before the car is due for an oil change. They said that isn’t a malfunction; it’s “normal wear and tear”. I took my car there for a bearing clearance test to see if there was a potential manufacturing defect with the engine and they refused to perform the test. More
The Hyundai engine is junk and the service department gives you the run around. I did all the steps needed and the next step was a new engine. Well since we baby'd the car it took awhile for the engine gives you the run around. I did all the steps needed and the next step was a new engine. Arrived on time for service appointment to find out the necessary replacement headlights were not in stock despite providing a reason for my appointment was provided at time of making the appointment. Unable to have car pass inspection due to faulty manufacturer defects. Loss of wages due to having to take car for needed safety service today and I have to return and take off of work again to get replaced before inspection due date. More
Horrible service department I came into the dealership looking to schedule an appointment for my 2016 Hyundai Veloster turbo I explained to the person at the counter that I was u I came into the dealership looking to schedule an appointment for my 2016 Hyundai Veloster turbo I explained to the person at the counter that I was upset To begin with due to the numerous recalls and issues with the car to include the transmission not function correctly and this car is only about 2 years old currently and doesn’t have high mileage. I was told that no loaner vehicle could be provided for insurance reasons and that no dealership in my state provides loaners anymore due to insurance policy changes. I then proceeded to contact the dealer the vehicle was originally purchased from and they informed me that there is a recall for a update on my transmission that is causeong problems as well as agreed to service and detail the vehicle and provide a loaner for as long as needed at no cost to me. My issue with the information I was provided is that it is not accurate and that they made no effort to fix the situation they are representing a brand and that brand is Hyundai and I don’t believe Hyundai would like to know that the way the represent that brand is by telling customers that they have to lose wages to take off work so they can leave their car without a loaner when the situation is not the customers fault. I also don’t believe the owner of this location would approve of the way the situation was handled, I can respect that there are policies and they may vary at different dealers but that is how they should have responded not telling me that no one will help and no one will provide a loaner Cause this is false and I will be happy to provide a copy of my loaner agreement from the other dealership upon request. I would not recommend this dealership for service or a purchase due to the lack of customer care or follow thru on thier part. Customer service is priority and making sure you take care of the people that pay money to keep you around is important and they lack that as a whole. I hope they attempt to make this right at some point. More

So glad I came. Bought an Elantra from a totally different dealership. Had huge problems with the car soon after bought it. Got absolutely no help from the dealership I bought it from so I took it to Seidel Huyndai. They helped me the same day. The dealership I bought it from called me the next day wanting to help. Told them I did receive help from Seidel Huyndai (it was still under the manufacturer warranty) they informed me to bring it to them first if anything else would go wrong with the car. Well..... it did a few days ago the car was not staring right and shutting off call my dealership(like I was instructed to) and guess what they couldn't help me go figure... called Seidel Huyndai they got my car in right away gave me a loaner car the same day. I returned the following day to pick up my 2013 Elan tra and left with a 2016 Sonata at the same care payment and my interest rate cut in half. I would recommend Seidel Huyndai to all my family,friends, and Co workers. No one can beat their kindness, understanding, knowledge, and customer service. They are truly the best More
