No complaints with vehicle repair. My issue is with customer service. Apparently repair required vehicle to remain overnight. The inconvenience caused by not getting vehicle back when expected ( because I was not told otherwise) meant 2 Uber trips to and from work. The dealership could not fix my problem. It was like they didn’t even attempt to fix it or investigate it. Basically told me to take pictures of the issue and come back at some point when I clearly explained exactly what I was seeing. I’m not sure how you take pictures of wet floor. Obvious the door panels should be taken off to investigate the issue. They did not do that. One of the people behind the counter also told me that they unclogged my sunroof drains, and my vehicle doesn’t even have a sunroof. Not the entire site has an awful layout. Looks like I’m walking through my uncles garage remodels in progress. I get it pretty much a disaster site though I’ll do business with Kelly is incredibly professional timely and their site is five star. More
