Reaching customer service by phone seems almost impossible. I scheduled to have a vehicle serviced for a recall. By the time we reached the service date, the vehicle also needed to have the oil cha impossible. I scheduled to have a vehicle serviced for a recall. By the time we reached the service date, the vehicle also needed to have the oil changed, I tried to call to add the service for that date ahead of time and left voicemails with no response. At the time of drop off they said the oil change could be done as well but when I picked up the vehicle, I received an email saying I had rejected to have the oil change done. The invoice showed the oil change was on the work order but the sticker on the windshield was not changed. I tried calling again to clarify and have had no luck. I’m confused as to whether or not the work was even done now. More
