The Hyundai engine is junk and the service department gives you the run around. I did all the steps needed and the next step was a new engine. Horrible Service Department! Scheduled service for safety issue to correct headlights since they don’t work properly to pass inspection. Arrived on time for service appointment to find out the necessary replacement headlights were not in stock despite providing a reason for my appointment was provided at time of making the appointment. Unable to have car pass inspection due to faulty manufacturer defects. Loss of wages due to having to take car for needed safety service today and I have to return and take off of work again to get replaced before inspection due date. More
Recon manager is a lazy xxx that doesn’t do much besides giving himself foot massages. The employees are overworked and under appreciated. Jerry belittles his employees by making fun of them behind/in front of the face of said employee. He makes fun of peoples lisps and how some people talk. So if I were you I’d stay clear of this disaster of a dealership. Definitely would shop elsewhere for a Hyundai. The owners are cheap, shady and shouldn’t be running a business. More
My salesperson Christian was awesome. But the owner Jerome and the guy who did our paperwork were anything but honest with us. Jerome told me face to face the interest rate would be between 4 and 5 % Then a week after we got the car I found out that was not true it turned out to be 6.5% which will cost me a lot more money. And the paper work guy should have told us the truth about that while we were checking finishing the sale. Now they won't make it right. This is the 2nd car I bought there in 3 yrs. It will be the last! Don't believe Jerome when he acts so nice. He is a lying snake. I feel bad for Christian. My suggestion is go somewhere else to buy a new Hyundai. You will be better off. More

I had a deposit on a car for 2 months and they sold it to someone else because I didn't return t They lie and try to force you into their financing. The financial Mgr out right lied to my wife and I stating that the bank required us to have Gap insurance and other extras. As it turns out the bank said no such thing and then when I tried to cancel the stu that the bank required us to have Gap insurance and other extras.
