Saw a car I liked at this dealership at 10pm at night. Sent an inquiry. The next morning I had Josh reaching out to me and answering all questions I had via text. I came into the dealership pre-approved ready to test drive. The vehicle needed a mechanic once over so we left until we got the word it was sound. I did all financing over the phone and when I got in to the dealership to drive off with the vehicle not one piece of paper had a mistake or hidden screw overs. This process was absolutely smooth and easy. No waiting time and as a mom of 2 it was nice. The play room for the kids was also a nice bonus!!! Also from a female perspective I did not feel like it was predatory territory while I was in the shop. I do not feel like the shop was the typical female looking for a vehicle let's screw her over and get the biggest buck! I felt safe. More
