Bought a car in Oct and have had NOTHING but problems.. Everything was fine until I agreed to purchase vehicle.. I have had issue after issue since day 1.. I have tried to deal with my sales agent Brandon. Everything was fine until I agreed to purchase vehicle.. I have had issue after issue since day 1.. I have tried to deal with my sales agent Brandon.. He was fine until he got tired of helping, I then was passed on to service and dealt with Emily.. Who did what she could.. But once the REAL problem with the car was determined.. Because it is a pretty expensive part.. NO one has been willing to help or even call me back at this point.. I was assured from Stan Quals that I would be taken care of.. That was 3 weeks ago and counting.. I am COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the way EVERYONE has handled me as a 3rd time customer.. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle with these folks.. And would suggest you’ll shop elsewhere if you don’t want the problems I have.. VERY DISSATISFIED!! More
