Upon returning the last car we shared this with our salesperson Jodi. She shrugged her shoulders and said "Yea, those are hard to do and sometimes you don't get them". Really??? We bought our last car from another dealership and they were more than happy to inform us that yes there is a $500 discount for retired military and put it through for us. So I guess Seelye chooses to lie to a customer because it might take a minute to submit for the discount. What a slap in the face to our retired military! And how disrespectful to not even care when your customer points out that they were cheated out of their military discount. Seelye Ford owes us $1500. More

Marcus was very patient with us, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Our 2016 Ford Focus delivered from a different store. He gave us numerous updates..making sure we were in the loop. When we picked up or car, he took plenty of time to show us how everything works. We will definitely be referring people to him. More

Incompetent Service If I could give negative stars that would be better. I took my Diesel F350 in for a complete check-up & to have the oil changed & the power door lock If I could give negative stars that would be better. I took my Diesel F350 in for a complete check-up & to have the oil changed & the power door locks repaired. Vehicle got a clean bill of health from the Seelye service department showing brakes in good shape. 450 miles down the road, & 150 miles from home, the brakes failed. Obviously paid for an inspection that was not done. A few weeks later hot weather arrived & the Air Conditioning did not work. I took it back to have it looked at, thinking something may have not gotten reconnected during the repair of the power locks. Was told that there was fuse bad. They removed wiring harness & replaced. Got it back & the Engine/Jake Brake now did not work & the economy computer chip had been removed. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility & I'm out almost $2000. Incompetent people who charge you to do more damage to your vehicle. STEAR CLEAR!!!!!!!! More
Looking for a Flex to test Drive I drove through their lot today to see if they possibly had a 2016 Ford Flex. The sales man waved me to a stop. When I rolled down the window he asked what I was looking for and why was I looking for a new car when I was driving a new truck? I told him it was my husbands truck, and that I was looking for a Ford Flex. I wanted it to be a limited, v6 turbo boost, and awd. He said he had one. I asked if it was the black one I drove past and he said yes. I told him that I was not really interested in black. He asked why and I told him the paint shows swirrles after washing so many times, and in a year and a half we were moving to Hawaii and I didn't think black would be a good color in the heat. He said it was the last day of March and Ford was having their "March Madness Sale" and that if I took the black one it would be $5,000,00 off the price. I told hom I really was not interested in owning the black, but I could talk to my husband and see what he said. I told him that I did want to test drive the black on though since besides the color it was exactly what I was looking for. after About 15 minutes more of him trying to convince me to buy the black one, he had another salesman come and pull the car up for me. I got in, and the other man opend the passenger door to get in. I asked if he had to go with me or if I could go by myself. He siad sure if that was what I wanted. He closed the door and proceeded to walk over to the 1st salesman. The car was already running, and I was adjusting the mirrors. The first salesman came to the drivers door and opened it up. He said, "You don't want anyone to ride with you on the test drive?" I said no. He held tje door open and stepped back and said, "tjem we cannot sell you a car." I am 47 years old, and I have never been told that I cannot test drive alone, or that a dealer cannot selle a car becaus I wanted to test drive alone! I said fine, got out of the car and left. I will NEVER go back there again! I called another Ford Dealer from the car as I drove off amd set up a test drive for tomorrow. The car is not the exact one I want, but if I like ot after test driving it BY MYSELF, they will order the one I want! More
