I recently bought a vehicle from Mike Brookfield at this location. He was very nice to my children. I scheduled a time to test drive the vehicle which had to be pushed back because they had lent it out to a location. He was very nice to my children. I scheduled a time to test drive the vehicle which had to be pushed back because they had lent it out to a different customer in lieu of using a rental. When I arrived for the test drive the vehicle was pretty gross inside with crumbs everywhere. The vehicle was sold to me without floor mats (when I test drove there was plastic on the floor so I didn’t realize there were no floor mats) and the batteries in both key fobs were low. He was accommodating by ordering generic floor mats from Amazon and replacing the battery in a fob. When the mats arrived, I was set to leave town so he drove them to my house personally to drop them off which was very kind. It seems it would have been easier to just ship them to my house though. The day I brought the vehicle home, my daughter shut the front passenger door and a piece of trim fell off. I was able to snap it back into place and it hasn’t happened again. I did not bring it up to the dealership as I didn’t want to complain additionally since I already said I wanted floor mats, I was able to put it on without issue, and had help with one of the key fobs. I only bought this car here because it’s the specific car I wanted. I would have bought it anywhere. I do also feel like I got treated as though they knew I’d buy the car regardless because it was presented to me that there was no room to make a deal on the MSRP which I felt was a lie. It is what it is though. I was not treated poorly in any way and I love my new vehicle. I was asked 3 times to leave a review. More

He was patient, listened to my needs and concerns and tried to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. He also went out of his way to communicate with me when I had questions on his day off. I never felt any pressure from the sales floor. Wound up with a car that was both a good deal and something I didn’t expect I’d like.
