I had a 15,000 mile service conducted on my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Part of the service was to rotate the tires. The technician inadvertently forgot to replace my wheel lock in my truck. Being in a rush for duty, I did not even think to check. Billy called and left a message at my home number before I even got home. The level of care that Billy, Brent and Steve give to each and every individual is absolutely phenomenal! They have treated me and my family as part of their family and my vehicle as if it were their own. It really is the standard to which all service departments should strive for!!
