professional and accomidating Had the first service completed on my vehicle and was completely happy with the dealerships service department. The service managers and technicians Had the first service completed on my vehicle and was completely happy with the dealerships service department. The service managers and technicians conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner. They let the courtesy vehicle take us to a near-by restaurant where we could eat while we waited for the service to be performed. I was slightly disappointed with the Toyota Care Program. According to the manufactures maintenance guidelines if one lives on a dirt/gravel road or pulls a trailer the engine oil and filter should be changed at the 5000 mile interval, however the Toyota Care Program doesn't cover this maintenance item at the 5000 mile interval.
