Body shop mishap My leased highlander was in an accident and the body shop had the vehicle for over a month. During that time, the body shop had brought it up to Seeg My leased highlander was in an accident and the body shop had the vehicle for over a month. During that time, the body shop had brought it up to Seeger to do various things, including clearing codes and working on the driver’s side front wheel assembly. During this time the body shop was giving me the run-around about what was going on with the highlander, so I called Seeger about it and talked a few people there to include Steve Henderson and Billy Wood. Steve professionally explained what exactly was going on and what the service dept was doing on the highlander. Turns out the body shop hadn’t done the job the right way and cause more damage to the wheel assembly. Thankfully they admitted to it and made it right. The service staff and techs working on my vehicle.treated me with respect and kindness, explained everything in detail and did it quickly. Thanks! More
