Jessie and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. I had to wait a couple months for my new RAV4 Hybrid to arrive on the lot. Each time I called or emailed her with new questions, she was always so patient, kind, and willing to help. On the day purchase, I was impressed with her thoroughness in reviewing everything the vehicle has to offer and ensuring all my questions were answered before driving off the lot. It's also reassuring to know that should I have questions and concerns in the future, she is willing to help. Overall, the experience was straightforward and seamless. Gerry is by far the most honest sales technician I have ever met. He talks to you like you are part of the Toyota family. He is very professional and polite. He is not aggressive saller which made me reall ever met. He talks to you like you are part of the Toyota family. He is very professional and polite. He is not aggressive saller which made me really comfortable buying the 4runner. He gave me the space to think in order to male informed decision. His customer service is unmatched. However the most important of all was his cheerful disposition. We need more Gerrys in this world. I know I am just one customer rating this wonderful person but I would recommend he gets some type of appreciation. Jackie was GREAT to work with. She found and secured the vehicle I wanted in less than 24 hours. She followed up with me. She explained things clearly. He kept the process moving and we were able to get all the paperwork done in about an hour. They also gave us a very fair offer for our trade in vehicle. This dealership was a little out of our area (about an hour away) but was well worth the trip! More
