Stu is first rate. He answers all of my parts and tire questions and explains the pluses and minuses of going one way or another when I have to make 'preference' choices. Plus, he's always polite and friendly--and he's a Kansas City Chiefs fan--so, I always enjoy talking to him when I go in to get something! PS: the service department is first rate. My husband and I purchased a new RAV4 Adventure today and it was a great experience!
