I had talked with him Thursday evening and explained what I wanted but I didn't have a lot of time during the week and told him I'd be in first thing Saturday morning. I pulled up early, and he was there waiting for me. That alone, means a lot to me. Rob in the finance department treated me well and explained all the perks to me.
